Drew Hueler

Drew Hueler has been laying the foundation for his storied real estate career from the very beginning. At a young age, he toured countless homes with his grandmother, a broker for 50 years, and he spent hours learning about construction, planning, layout and materials with his grandfather, a successful land developer. This passion for the industry set the stage for his meteoric rise: In his first year as a full-time agent, Drew ranked among the top 30 agents in Minnesota and earned the prestigious Coldwell Banker® International President's Premier, an honor reserved for the top 1% of agents globally. He continues to land among the top agents in the state each year and is also one of the youngest agents to belong to Distinctive Homes, a prestigious, invitation-only networking group comprising top agents in the Twin Cities.

Hardworking from an early age, Drew studied environmental science and pre-law in his undergraduate years, then went on to earn an MBA – a decision that continues to serve him well. With his MBA degree, he sees real estate through a different lens. He digs into the numbers, understands the risks and returns of different asset classes and helps his clients incorporate property into their portfolios. Drew complements this vast knowledge with a decade of working as a financial advisor. The experience sharpened his ability to read others; now, with expert intuition, he can quickly ascertain what his buyers or sellers need and execute it flawlessly.

Drew specializes in lake, luxury and income-producing properties, with a client base that includes entrepreneurs, business owners and investors across Lake Minnetonka and the surrounding suburbs. He knows the lake like the back of his hand and offers rare insights into positioning homes within this niche market.

As a life-long resident of the Lake Minnetonka area, Jenn brings extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods, amenities, and schools. She provides clients with superior service, educated insights and data-driven results. Using a hands-on, educational approach ensures clear communication and transparency with her clients throughout each step of the process.

Jenn has been committed to the Coldwell Banker brand for nearly two decades. She has earned the highest level of education through the National Association of Realtors, earning the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Jenn is also a certified Global Luxury agent, allowing her to present upper bracket properties in their best light. With a background in urban development and city planning, as well as previously being a member on the Construction Board for the City of Edina, Jenn provides unique insights when building your dream home. Being raised in a family of custom home builders and developers helped form her extensive knowledge in construction, current design trends and quality craftsmanship.

Outside of real estate, Jenn enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and their two dogs, Minne and Brooks. She also loves being out on the lake, golfing, downhill skiing, traveling, and home improvement projects. Jenn takes pride in being involved in the community and giving back to organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Foundation and MN Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA).
